Full-Time | $20.00/hour | Sunday –Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, times adjusted for Wednesday evening service and Sunday morning service support
Patria Church is looking for a detail-oriented Campus Administrator to provide administrative leadership for our Pomona Campus. You'll oversee campus procedures, budget coordination, volunteer tracking, and event administration. Working closely with our Campus Pastor to keep daily operations running with clarity, structure, and accountability. What You'll Do
• Develop and refine campus procedures and administrative systems for operational excellence
• Manage campus budget tracking, expenditures, and requisition processes
• Maintain volunteer records, campus calendars, and service-related reporting
• Support planning and execution of weekend services, special events, and outreach initiatives
• Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for congregants, visitors, and vendors
What You'll Bring
• Associate's degree or higher in administration, business, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience welcome)
• Experience supporting operational systems, administrative workflows, or campus-based environments
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
• A sharp eye for detail and solid follow-through
• Nonprofit, church, or ministry experience is a plus, not required
Pay & Benefits
$20.00/hour, full-time (non-exempt), with medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Compensation: $41,600.00 per year
